Our organizational structure is flat — there is no manager sitting in meetings taking credit for your work with his boss, who in turn will have the same meeting with her boss who eventually reports up to some C-Level that you are afraid to even speak with. Instead, everyone at INTELLAM is equal, so candidates must be able to multi-task, self-manage, work autonomously, yet remain committed to ensuring the success of the team. Because there is no traditional hierarchy, everyone in the company works as part of one team, fluidly stepping in to assist in any project when necessary.
There is no “typical day” in this office, so it is best-suited to those who thrive in the absence of structure and routine.
Paid Time Off From Day One
All employees begin day one with a minimum of ten days paid vacation time. No blackout dates, no waiting 60 days for your first day off.
Fully Paid Medical Benefits
The company will pay 100% of your medical insurance, 50% for your spouse. We have dental and vision, too.
We strongly encourage everyone to have a 401(k) — in fact, our retirement plan is opt-out, not opt-in. Plus we match up to 5% of your salary. Who doesn’t like free money?
Flexible Working Environment
Need to work from home a few days a week? No problem. If you’d like, we can even provide you with a desk phone for your home office, so business calls from home won’t give away your personal contact information.
Free Coffee, Tea, and Snacks
Our office is stocked with various complimentary organic, gluten-free, and vegan snack options and there’s a Keurig in the kitchen. Despite that, sometimes you need a little afternoon pick-me-up. That’s why we also have an open tab at the coffee shop downstairs, where you can get anything on the menu. (Just bring us back an almond milk chai while you’re there!)
Company Profit Sharing
At the end of the year, 50% of company profits are dispersed to the staff, with splits based on time with the company, not job title or position. The other 50%? 10% goes to charity, the other 40% is reinvested into the company.
